At ygn789, questions come from all kinds of players — complete beginners through to experienced ones. We hope the answers here help you sort out things in advance: how deposits and withdrawals work, how to read football betting odds, and how to play 3D lottery and Shan Koe Mee. Browse each section below — no question is too much, and our support team is available 24 hours to answer anything we haven't covered.
Deposit Questions
Deposits via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay usually arrive almost instantly. However, network issues or delays on the bank's side can cause a 1–5 minute delay. If it has been over 15 minutes, send a screenshot directly to our support team — we're available 24 hours in Burmese.
Currently you can deposit and withdraw using KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay — four methods in total. We prioritise Myanmar's popular mobile banking payment options to keep things as easy as possible.
The minimum deposit for every payment method is 5,000 Ks. For withdrawals, a minimum balance of 30,000 Ks is required, and processing takes 10–45 minutes, so most players receive their funds shortly after requesting.
(1) Log in to your ygn789 account. (2) Tap "Deposit" and select KBZPay. (3) Enter the amount (minimum 5,000 Ks) and transfer to the KBZPay number shown on screen. (4) Once the transfer is done, upload the screenshot within the given time. The whole process takes just a few minutes.
Withdrawal processing normally takes 10–45 minutes. You need a minimum total balance of 30,000 Ks to withdraw. Please note that if you have an active bonus, the wagering requirement must be completed before you can withdraw.
Shan Koe Mee and 2D / 3D
In 3D lottery, you pick a 3-digit number combination. Results are drawn fairly at pre-announced times using a random number generator (RNG), so no one can know the outcome in advance — services claiming to offer number tips or "top numbers" should not be trusted.
2D lottery uses a 2-digit combination and has a straightforward payout structure, so you can play frequently. 3D lottery uses a 3-digit combination, which calls for more thought but can offer better payouts. Both run on RNG, so results cannot be predicted.
You can access the ygn789 platform directly through your mobile browser — no separate app download needed. It runs smoothly on both Android and iOS, with a full-screen experience on your phone.
In Shan Koe Mee, you are dealt cards from a deck and aim for the last digit of your 3-card total to be 9. Each player bets against the Banker using their stake, then the results are revealed. The rules are close to traditional Myanmar card game conventions, so most players find it easy to pick up.
Responsible Gaming
Chasing losses by playing non-stop, borrowing money to play, letting gambling affect your work or relationships, hiding your gambling from others — if any of these sound familiar, take a moment to reflect and read our Responsible Gaming page.
To help manage your play, you can contact our 24-hour support team to request deposit limits, session time limits, or a temporary account suspension. We will work with you to find the right approach.
ygn789 is open to players aged 21+ only. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to play. Providing accurate information when creating an account is a mandatory requirement.
You can contact the ygn789 support team directly to request self-exclusion — no questions asked. If you are looking for professional external support, we recommend reaching out to qualified health professionals in Myanmar, at no cost to you.
Cooling-off is a temporary break from gambling lasting 1 to 30 days. You can request it from the ygn789 team via live chat, and deposits will not be accepted during that period. If you feel it would be good to step back and think things over, don't hesitate to request it.
Sports Betting
Both EPL (English Premier League) and MNL (Myanmar National League) matches are available for pre-match and live betting. Log in via ygn789 Login and head to the football section — the interface is clean, so finding matches is easy.
With Live Betting, you can place bets immediately after a match has started while the odds are changing in real time. After a goal is scored and odds shift in the second half, you can take advantage of the situation to back the outcome you want. Keep in mind that a stable internet connection is needed for a smooth experience.
Odds represent the probability of an outcome and determine your payout. For example — if Team A wins at odds of 2.0, a 1,000 Ks bet returns 2,000 Ks. Handicap is a head-start adjustment that gives the weaker side a goal advantage upfront — make sure you understand the required margin before placing your bet.
An Accumulator (Parlay) combines two or more matches, multiplying the odds of each together, so the potential payout can be large. However, if any single match loses, the entire combination is void, which makes the risk high. New players are advised to start with single-match bets and only move to accumulators once they have a good understanding.
About Slot Games
Free Spins let you spin without using your own money. Inside a game, landing 3 or more Scatter symbols usually awards Free Spins. If you receive Free Spins from a ygn789 bonus, the winnings from those spins are subject to wagering requirements before you can withdraw — so read the terms carefully before you play.
A Progressive Jackpot is a game where the prize pool grows every time any player spins. It is awarded when a specific combination of symbols lands — it happens randomly and there is no guaranteed pattern. Progressive Jackpot games tend to appeal to players chasing a big win.
If your budget is limited, choose games with a low minimum bet and prioritise low-volatility games. These games pay out smaller wins more frequently, so your budget lasts longer. Try the ygn789 games in demo mode first to see whether they suit your budget.
RTP is the percentage that shows how much money a game is expected to return to players over a long period of play. For example, an RTP of 95% is a long-term average across all players — it does not predict whether you will win on any individual spin. A higher RTP is generally better, but if you are aiming for a big single hit, you also need to consider Volatility.
Many games can be tried in Demo mode without using real money. It is a great way to get familiar with the game format, bonus features, and rules before committing. To spin with real money, log in via ygn789 Login and access the games.
